project: make an apple pie

In light of the fact that I have already finished my original assignment (and Monday isn't even over yet), here's my second project for the week: make an apple pie.

I'd say it's fitting for the season, don't you? And making pies is one of my favorite things to do. (From scratch, of course! A pie isn't a pie without homemade crust.)

I'll post the recipe along with the (scrumptious) photos when it's done later this week. Toodles.
